How do I make a claim?

To make a claim, or to discuss a claim, please call a member of our claims team on 0800 123 344.

If I want to make a claim with my new Ansvar Australia policy, how do I do that?

If you were a customer of Ansvar New Zealand that took up the offer of temporary cover through Ansvar Australia, then you can make a claim by visiting the Ansvar Australia website and completing the Online Claim Form.
